Call for Paper: Deadline Extended to 17th May 2021
The Submission Deadline has been extended until 17th May 2021 for In-congress Workshops, Symposia, Skills Classes, Panel and Roundtable Discussion Sessions, Open papers and Poster Sessions
We are pleased to report that the number of submissions we are receiving for this year’s EABCT Congress is excellent and it is clear that we are going to be able to put together a very strong programme to complement the keynote speakers who have already agreed to present.
The Congress is being run as a hybrid event so you can choose to submit in person or online. Symposia, panel discussions and round tables can also have a mixture of in person and online presenters.
Since registration opened over 50% of the delegates have indicated that they intend to travel to Belfast and this includes all our keynote speakers. When you submit you can indicate if you want to present in person, online or if you are undecided at present. As we get nearer to the congress and the rules about travel and social distancing become clearer, presenters and delegates will be invited to make a final decision
Given the current uncertainty about COVID-19 restrictions the deadline for submissions has been extended by one month to give people more time to consider their options. We hope that extending the submission deadline will increase the confidence that delegates have about attending and submitting, in person or online.
All presenters will know the outcome of their submission by 4th June at the latest so that they can benefit from the early bird registration rate
